✨Believe in YourSelf????

I decided to title this video "Believe in YourSelf" because a few years ago, organizing a full Zenthai Shiatsu Level One course on my own felt like an impossible dream. I was terrified of speaking and guiding in front of others, afraid of making mistakes.

During a course in Bali with my teacher and inspiration, Gwyn Williams, something changed, I discovered a strength inside me I didn’t know existed. I realized, if what you want is more important than the fear of making mistakes, you just go for it.

This was my first course fully organized by myself, here at Quinta da Carva in central Portugal, where I live. I took care of everything, from the course content to accommodation and logistics. I am deeply grateful to everyone who helped make this possible, and to everyone who has contributed to making this practice so beautiful. I am especially grateful to the students, who came from all across Europe, whose open hearts, curiosity, and kindness made the experience flow effortlessly.

This journey reminded me that the only limits are the ones we place on ourselves. Believe in yourself, and trust the path unfolding before you.
