Your body responds to vibration, whether you realize it or not.
In this practice, we’re exploring how sound, breath, and awareness work together to awaken and circulate your sexual energy.
Most of us were never taught how powerful our voice actually is.
We were taught to quiet it, suppress it, disconnect from it.
But in Tantra, your voice is not separate from your pleasure; it’s a pathway into it.
Lower tones can help you ground into the body and into the pelvis also into the spaces where desire, safety, and creativity live.
And when you begin to combine that with breath, allowing yourself to sigh, to hum,or to release, you start to move energy instead of holding it.
Inside this video, I guide you through embodiment practices to help you:
Connect to your body through low, grounding sound
Use breath + audible release to build and expand sensation
Begin circulating your energy throughout your body
This is something I always recommend practicing on your own first, so you can build comfort, awareness, and trust with your body.
Because when you’re connected to your own pleasure, you don’t rely on someone else to create it. You expand it.
