Digital PR for adult toy brands

This adult ecommerce client wanted high-authority links from major publications, but in a niche where journalists are cautious and product-led PR usually gets ignored.

So instead of pitching sex toys, we built the campaign around people, relationships, dating habits and consumer behaviour.
Using a 2,000-person survey, we created an original data-led story that journalists could actually use.

The result was 19 earned links from publications including UNILAD, Metro, Daily Star, MSN, Daily Record, New York Post and Daily Mail.
One Daily Mail article alone generated over 700 comments, putting the brand right in the middle of a public conversation.

The takeaway? Sensitive niches can still earn major media coverage. You just need the right angle.
