Those are two Yogic practice:
A Yoga posture Pachimottanasana and a breathing exercise (Maha Yoga Pranayama) both very powerful to reduce the huge impact of the next three Eclipses taking place on the 5th and 21st of June, and on the 5th of July 2020.
Remember that in India the Eclipses are seen as a shadowy period where humans are easily prone to suffer from "mental disorder". It is advised during the Eclipses not to look at it but rather stay inside the house and perform a ritual or a prayer of protection to reduce the Rahu and Ketu impact.
