This morning, I was out walking my dog Harry when I noticed a woman power-walking with her friend. Now, I’ve got a bit of a habit—I like to watch how people move. Runners, walkers, people in the gym... I study their posture, how they carry tension, how their body responds to movement.

This woman stood out.

With every stride, her hip jolted. A ripple ran up her spine and down her leg like a shockwave. She kept going, determined and focused—but her body wasn’t flowing with her. Her spine barely moved. I could only imagine the discomfort she was masking.

And it got me thinking: as humans, we’re incredible at adapting. We grit our teeth, keep moving forward, and tell ourselves it’s “just a bit of stiffness.” But it doesn’t have to be that way.

A few sessions to soften those tight muscles, ease the tension, and bring gentle movement back to the spine could completely change the way she feels—not just during a walk, but every day.

So, if you’ve been feeling those niggles, that stiffness that seems to cling on, or a dull ache that comes and goes... maybe now is the time to ease it before it turns into something that stops you in your tracks.
