Lomi Lomi is the ancient form of Hawaiian Bodywork, a holistic form of massage that aims to bring body, mind and spirit back into balance and harmony.

Using lots of oil and long flowing strokes that deeply soothe the nervous system, Lomi practitioners are unique in that they touch with love, care, and unconditional acceptance. At the end of a 90 minute Lomi Lomi session, receivers are left feeling deeply nourished, safe, loved, and held, exactly as they are - which allows from profound healing to occur gently and naturally.
Becoming a practitioner is not only about learning strokes and techniques, but also about taking our own healing journey, so that we may learn to connect heart to hands, and spirit to heart, allowing the beautiful spirit of Aloha (love) to flow through us.
