Sebastian Bruno, the co-founder of ThaiVedic, takes us on a journey of Foundation of ThaiVedic Bodywork flow.

The course consists of 10 videos; making up the full massage flow, plus mediation, Wai Khru Mantra, and break- downs of particular techniques.

Please note this training does not certify you as a ThaiVedic practitioner. It is not intended to replace learning from a teacher in a physical training. This course is for both past and future ThaiVedic students, and ANYONE interested in bodywork and wanting to improve their practice, to deeply understand the body and the dance between the giver and the receiver.

The course also includes the training manual for Level 1 ThaiVedic Bodywork; which will go deeper into the theory, Ayurvedic diagnosis, and more.

It also includes Theory Class Slide Lessons on Ayurveda, the Doshas, and the 5 Element system in relation to the body.
