Welcome to MINI WORKOUT + STRETCH Series at Elena's Barre! These mini daily routines will help you develop a HEALTHY HABIT of self-care. It is very important to move the body for overall wellbeing, for our physical and mental health. Finding connection between the body, mind, soul and energy are crucial for staying balanced, relaxed and focused. You can improve your work performance and concentration with a few minutes of mindful gentle workout, stretches, breathing and meditation. Try to do this practice on a daily basis at the same time. Set alarm clock as a sign to devote some time for your self-care. Do this practice as many times a day as you want.
