I only used this millet because I was gonna malt it and make GF beer but I’ve recognized that isn’t happening this year.

After pressure cooking allow to completely cool normally around 24 hours. the grain will be in a pretty hard brick. You’ll want to inoculate and seal the grow bag. After sealing massage the bag to mix and break apart all the grain. I normally use 10 cc or liquid culture or a good amount of grain spawn to inoculate. Wild bird seed is far easier to break apart than millet when using this tek.
