A beautiful 4 week beginner course for babies from newborn, learning the most popular strokes to aid the development of your baby, alleviate discomfort leaving you feeling deeply connected with your baby. Each week we will repeat the previous week's strokes so by the fourth week we will have learned a wonderful beginner baby massage routine.

Week 1:
Legs and feet massage

Week 2:
Tummy and chest

Week 3:
Arms, hands and face

Week 4:
The back

Equipment needed:
Cosy warm room
Cushion to sit on (if choosing to sit)
Fractionated coconut oil (or oil your choice) or you can dry massage (no oil)
Changing mat/somewhere soft (to lay baby on)
Towel
Blanket
Toy/dummy/comforter
AND lots and lots of love
