This is a simple 15-minute qigong swing hands exercise (Khí Công Dịch Cân Kinh) ideal for those who can’t practice with a lot of movements or have just recovered from sickness.

You can practice this exercise by standing barefoot on a yoga mat. You can start by swinging hands 1000 times (Approx. 10 -15 minutes). During the following days you can slowly increase the number of swing hands up to 2000 - 5000 times (Approx. 20 - 30 minutes).
You can add this routine to your morning or afternoon exercise time.
