LE TANTRA : C'EST QUOI ?
Dans le Tantra, il y a deux voies d'accès possible.
La première est la voie sèche, faite d'abstinence, de méditation et de yoga.
La seconde est celle du couple, mono- ou polygame.
Le Tantra est l'équilibre, l'expansion et la gestion de notre énergie interne. Il intègre tout dans la sexualité humaine et ne rejette rien.
Le Tantra nous amène à pleinement équilibrer nos pôles masculin et féminin par la création d'un espace sacré : la communion de notre intérieur et de notre extérieur.
Ceci inclut nos partenaires, nos engagements quotidiens, notre connexion avec l’Univers.
Le plus important à noter est la connexion que le Corps établit entre le Cœur et le Sexe. Ces deux pôles, complémentaires, l'un à l'autre, sont faits pour vivre pleinement l'expérience de l'Union.
Pour un bon équilibre, les partenaires doivent établir une forte connexion énergétique.
L'énergie sexuelle FEU est la plus puissante que nous ayons à MAÎTRISER.
WHAT IS TANTRA ?

In Tantra, there are two paths you can go by : One is solely dependent on the Self, which is made of abstinence, meditation and yoga. The second path is that of the couple, whether in a monogamous relationship or a polygamous one.
Tantra is first and foremost the control and concentrated ability or mastery of our internal source energy.
It is a synergy, fully balanced between the poles of the masculine and the feminine, which internalizes sacred space and creates unification between what is inside and outside of us. That includes our partners, our everyday relationships, our connection with the Earth, and everything else. It is all-encompassing.
The most important thing to recognize from the Body's perspective is the intimate connection between the Heart and the Jewels, or Genitals. These two compliment one another and are entirely One in Action, wholly in Unison. In Tantra, one does not function without the other. Like a single entity fully charged with awesome powerful magical and creationist capacities, it is a profound conscious being-ness to maintain with full alertness, full pleasure, and complete awareness.
This flaming energy that we can imagine as a full on INFERNO within us is the most powerful, creative and electrifying energy that we have the honor to MASTER the use and appliance of in this lifetime
