A massage therapist is charged with sexually assaulting a customer last month at a Severna Park spa. Larry Doye, 33, of District Heights, is charged with third- and fourth-degree sex offenses and second-degree assault in connection with a Jan. 12 incident at the Hand and Stone Spa in the 500 block of Ritchie Highway.
