What actually happens during a tantra massage session?

This is one of the questions I receive most often, and it's completely understandable. For many people, tantra massage still feels mysterious, unfamiliar, or even a little intimidating simply because they don't know what to expect.

In this video, I walk you through how a tantra massage session unfolds in my practice, from the initial conversation and preparation to the massage itself, including topics such as breath, movement, sound, consent, energetic awareness, and yoni massage.

I also explain why tantra massage is very different from a traditional relaxation massage and how it can become an opportunity to reconnect with your body, emotions, and life energy in a deeper way.

Please note that every tantra therapist has their own approach, philosophy, and style. What I share in this video reflects my personal way of working.
