Yoga Nidra is a form of Tantra. It is not sleeping. It allows us to dive into the deeper chambers of our minds. Enjoy.

This is a meditation for everybody. No previous experience required.
Allow yourself to be curious. And acknowledge the experience you're having.
The meditation can be taken in any comfortable position at any time of the day.

Settle into comfort, and let me guide you. Listen, feel, enjoy.

This is a ZOOM recording, as delivered to my online students in June 2020 during the Covid19 Pandemic. It's way to soothe, to settle, to connect and to experience a state of higher consciousness.
