I learnt this flow from a wonderful teacher in Guatemala last Spring. It was an unexpected last minute decision, and it was slow, and fluid, and I fell in love.
I use this flow now more than anything. Especially while recovering from injury and great for any age!!

**The ending flow is called Prana- we do this 7 times, hands flow up and down the body, up with the breath inhale to a V, down on the exhale*
