Tantra yoga is the profound movement from the physical level to subtle and energetic body. It is the skilful use of energy externally and internally.

WINTER FLOW
DAY 1
This is a 5 day practice that will build each day. In winter the focus is on harness and cultivating our inner resources, like love and energy and power. Today's practice is about the art of attention, breath centred, with slow and precise movements.

This calming, soothing practice is perfect if it has been a while since you have been on your mat and especially sweet for days when you feel anxious or stressed out.

Help induce a sense of peace and stillness by using breath based movements and a focus on expanding into the middle of the body to create space and freedom for breath to flow. Ease into your day in the morning or decompress after a long day.
